Zona Rosa (Kansas City, Missouri)

Zona Rosa is an approximately , mixed-use (retail, office and residential) development located in Kansas City, Platte County, Missouri. The project opened in 2004 and was expanded by an additional in early 2009. It was developed by Steiner+Associates known for their Easton Town Center development in Columbus, Ohio.
Large retail outlets include Dillard's, Old Navy, Barnes & Noble, Dick's Sporting Goods and Staples. Restaurants include Buffalo Wild Wings, Granite City Brewery, Smokehouse Barbecue, and Hereford House.
The name for the development was inspired by the Zona Rosa in Mexico City.
